Acronis True Image Cloud, powered by the Acronis AnyData Engine, provides data protection locally and in the Cloud for the entire computer, including pictures, videos, documents, applications, passwords, settings, contacts and events.
Acronis co-founder and chief executive, Serguei Beloussov, said the updated solution, “gives users complete freedom to protect their data anywhere – in the Cloud, locally or a mix of both, on any device.”
The new personal archiving capability for moving large and rarely used files to the Acronis Cloud, ensures users do not run out of storage. Users can also access and view archived files from any device and can archive data by type and size.
The 2016 edition also offers a ‘try and decide’ capability, providing a controlled, temporary environment to test new software, drivers, and system configurations.
Acronis True Image Cloud features multi-device and new mobile device support for Android, iPhone, iPad devices, and Windows tablets.
The software’s updated online dashboard allows users to manage multiple devices from a single place with unlimited Cloud storage and archiving.
