Google's #1 position returns tech to the top of the rankings, which last year were led by financial firm Bain. Facebook was #1 in 2012.

The winners were determined based on employee feedback shared on Glassdoor via an online company review survey. Factors include work-life balance, compensation and career advancement opportunities.
Among Google's reviews:

Google employs more than 50,000 people around the world, and many have been known to rave about company perks, not the least of which is free food.
One other tech company cracked the Top 10, at #4: Seattle-based application delivery network products provider F5 Networks.
