Palo Alto describes the initiative as a global community established to drive knowledge sharing and best practices among security professionals across multiple industries.
The firm said that in addition to regular interactions with Palo Alto technology leaders, membership will provide security professionals with exclusive, timely, and educational opportunities for peer and industry expert engagement.
Members also will have access to leadership opportunities and community-developed educational resources to further their knowledge and careers in cybersecurity.

Membership is tiered based on engagement level and access to premium content and services. The company said members joining in 2015 will be recognised year-after-year for their foundational participation and have access to future benefits.
Fuel members are said to gain valuable networking opportunities with local chapters, spark user summit events that connect members and Palo Alto professionals by region, and discounted participation at Ignite, the Palo Alto Networks annual user conference.
