ASI Solutions brings virtual reality to classrooms
zSpace is a virtual reality hardware and software platform that allows users to visualise, create and experience content. The platform fits on a desktop and combines high definition stereopsis, integrated head tracking with full motion parallax and an interactive stylus.
The product allows users to manipulate objects in a virtual world, as well as collaborate in the real world to understand subjects in a more comprehensive, in-depth manner.
ASI Solutions will offer the zSpace Virtual Reality Labs for learning applications across primary and secondary schools.
"We see great potential within the education market," ASI Solutions director, Justin Lowe, said.
"It integrates very well with our current product line and corporate mandate."
zSpace CEO, Paul Kellenberger, said the partnership opened new market opportunities within Australia.
