E3 is the biggest gaming event on the tech calendar, and E3 2015 is rapidly approaching. Kicking off on 16 June in Los Angeles, there will be keynotes from all of the major players in the gaming industry, including Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft, Sony and Nintentdo, with new games and hardware expected from each of those companies. Here, we talk you through the E3 2015 schedule and what to expect from each game-maker.

Bethesda at E3 2015: 14 June, 3am BST

For the first time, Bethesda is hosting its own keynote at E3 2015. Bethesda has already taken the wraps off Fallout 4, but we're expecting a better look at the game during Bethesda's keynote on 14 June, and hopefully an idea of a release date. Bethesda has already confirmed that the "world premiere" of the game will take place during its showcase, so we can't wait to see more.

You can find out more about Fallout 4 here.

Microsoft: 15 June, 5:30pm BST

Microsoft's press conference will take place on the morning of the 16th June in the US, which is 5:30pm here in the UK.

Its Xbox E3 2015 Media Briefing was expected to be where the company unveiled a new Xbox One, but it went ahead and launched the Xbox a week early instead.

However, in April, Xbox boss Phil Spencer has confirmed that Microsoft "should have a new exclusive IP at E3," which means an all-new game franchise will be shown off. "This is going to be a fun year," he tweeted. I think it might be our best 1st party content year ever."

Xbox's head of marketing Aaron Greenberg has also said we can expect "a lot of surprises" at E3 this year, and that there will be so far unannounced games shown off that will be available to buy this year.

We're expecting talk about Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Forza Motorsport 6, Fable Legends, Elite: Dangerous, Quantum Break and Gears of War, in addition to PC games with the Windows 10 compatibility with Xbox One coming soon.

Microsoft may also use its keynote to talk more about HoloLens, and possibly something Minecraft-related after its purchase of the game last year.

EA at E3 2015: 15 June, 8:30pm BST

Heavyweight games maker EA is next up on the press conference schedule at 8:30pm here in the UK, which is 1pm local time.

It's just been revealed that EA will put its prequel to Mirror's Edge in the spotlight during the event, after first announcing the development of the game two years ago. The game will be called Mirror's Edge: Catalyst.

Mass Effect 4 and Star Wars: Battlefront are also likely to put in an appearance during the keynote, as well as FIFA, Madden, Dragon Age and Battlefield.

Ubisoft at E3 2015: 15 June, 10:30pm BST

It's already been confirmed that Ubisoft will be showing off Assassin's Creed Syndicate at E3 2015. It'll also showcase Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and The Division, too. The publisher says that there will also be "a few big surprises," so that's pretty exciting. Rumours include a Watch Dogs sequel.

Sony at E3 2015: 15 June, 1:30am

With the delay of Uncharted 4, all eyes will be on Sony at its press conference on 15 June to see what the company has up its sleeve in the way of exclusive content this side of Christmas. There's the possibility of some talk of games including Fallout 4, Destiny, Star Wars: Battlefront, Bloodborne, The Witness and No Man's Sky, but aside from that rumours are thin on the ground.

Project Morpheus is likely to be touched upon. It's Sony's answer to the Oculus Rift and the growing VR market, and there's still lots to find out about the device, including its release date.

As Microsoft has already unveiled its new Xbox One, it's possible that Sony will have a PlayStation announcement to counteract its rival, even if its just a drop in price. But other possibilities include a slimmer PS4 or a new model with 1TB like the new Xbox One.

Nintendo at E3 2015: 16 June, 5pm BST

Nintendo will be hosting an event on Tuesday 16 June, which will take place at 5pm UK time. The Wii U and 3DS will be the focus of the presentation, but unfortunately Zelda for Wii U will not be shown at the event, because the company wants to concentrate on developing the game.

Instead, Star Fox for Wii U has been confirmed as a playable game at the event, and other new Wii U and 3DS titles are expected to be discussed. We're not expecting information about the teased NX console, though.

Square Enix at E3 2015: 16 June, 6pm BST

Square Enix has already confirmed that it will be showing off gameplay of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided during its E3 presentation on Tuesday 16 June. It's also teased a "secret title" on an E3 party invite.

We want to see more news about Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV, too.

We'll be updating this article as further rumours arise, and we'll also be sharing links to live streams so you can watch the keynotes as they happened. Bookmark this page to keep up with the latest news.
