"What I miss most in doing Business is the more informal way of communication. The German habit of 'Sie und Du' and the rules of when one is allowed someone else 'zu Dutzen' makes communication unnecessary complex. From a personal perspective I am missing the proximity of the sea, as I was used to go there after just a short drive."
