dynaTrace adds virtualization and SOA capabilities to its app performance manager
"This latest release of the dynaTrace continuous APM system delivers a host of capabilities that extend the core capabilities that distinguish our third-generation approach to application performance management," said Bernd Greifeneder, CTO and co-founder of dynaTrace, in a statement released by the company.
Session and incident management capabilities are intended to reduce operational maintenance and help with lifecycle collaboration. Multiple diagnostic sessions can be packaged into a single file to simplify collaboration.
APIs automate access to reports in formats such as XML, HTML, and PDF. The PostgreSQL database is now an option for customers who wish to store dynaTrace data for longer-term trending and capacity planning analysis.
